SKA Group Marks the Celebration of Children’s Day
To celebrate Children’s Day, SKA Group distributed school bags, reading and writing essentials, and refreshments among underprivileged children residing in villages near SKA Metroville, SKA Orion, and Divya Tower. The noble act was conducted under ‘CER’ (Corporate Environment Responsibility) to ensure that we give back to our surroundings more than what we receive from it. Essentials were distributed by the members of the SKA Group among the children residing in slum areas and villages around their residential projects to ensure that every child has access to education. SKA Group planned this unique way to celebrate the occasion that added value to their lives rather than giving material things that would exhaust in countable days. The members conducted the activity with utmost dedication and left a feeling of heartfelt gratitude among the recipients. Sanjay Sharma, Director, SKA Group, said, “Children’s Day is celebrated every year, but we decided to celebrate it with kids who barely had an idea about it. We tried to reach the underprivileged section of society and extend support to them for enabling education. The credit goes to our team members who personally visited every village and connected to as many families as possible. Every year, we shall try to come up with something unique, useful, and generous towards society.”
