WeWork India Expands its Presence in Pune with Raheja Woods IT Tower
WeWork India announced the opening of their new building in Pune in Kalyani Nagar. Raheja Woods IT Tower spreads over 96,000 sq. ft of an IT/ITeS space developed by K Raheja Corp. This is an asset-light deal, and the company has leased the entire building comprising five floors in this Kalyani Nagar property, spread across a deskspace of 1500. Raheja Woods IT Tower is the third WeWork India facility in Pune situated in most upscale residential and commercial areas with easy access to public transportation and various amenities. Raheja Woods IT Tower portrays the local cultural elements in a very subtle yet modern manner. It depicts finishes and colours along with lighting to enhance the overall look and feel of the workspace. Additionally, the community bar gives a seamless entrance experience with its visuals to the community team and the members walking into the space for the first time.
