Whiteland Corp to Invest Rs 3,500 Crore for Expansion
Whiteland Corporation, a real estate development company, is consolidating its land bank to cover over 80-100 acres for more than Rs 3,500 crore and has acquired more commercial land in Gurgaon for expansion. Over the next five years, the company expects to generate a revenue of Rs 7,500-8,000 crore. Whiteland Corporation has interests across commercial, residential and retail sectors, according to information on its website. Its existing projects include the Rs 300-crore SCO, besides commercial and residential projects.
