Eminent Conference Speakers at Realty+ Conclave and Excellence Awards – Pune 2019
The Realty+ Conclave and Excellence Awards – Pune 2019 held on February 20th at Hyatt Regency Pune, saw the who’s who of Pune real estate gracing the event. The day began with the knowledge conclave which included eminent real estate professionals as speakers.
The first panel discussion of the day titled ‘Mission Pune: Are we ready to be a Smart City?’ was moderated by Suresh Castellino, Executive National Director, Colliers International. The panelists for the discussion were Jaiprakash P. The second panel of the day focused on "What Young India Wants: Redefining the Real-Estate Business" moderated by Amit Wadhwani, Co-Founder, Sai Estate Consultants Chembur Pvt. Ltd. It discussed the future of real estate in India and how millennial are looking to be the leaders in purchase practices. The panelists were, Shweta Shalini, Advisor - CM Maharashtra & Govt.
