Arkade Developers Limited has reported a robust Q2 FY26 performance, with revenue rising 30% year-on-year to Rs265 crore and net profit growing 5.8% to Rs46 crore. EBITDA for the quarter stood at Rs63 crore, reflecting a 7.8% increase and a healthy margin of 24%.
On a sequential basis, the company posted a 60% jump in revenue and an 85% surge in EBITDA, underscoring strong operational momentum. Pre-sales for Q2 stood at Rs189 crore, while collections reached Rs150 crore. For H1 FY26, Arkade recorded Rs430 crore in revenue, up 31% YoY, with net profit at Rs75 crore and EBITDA at Rs98 crore.
Chairman and Managing Director Amit Jain said, “Despite market headwinds, our H1 performance reflects disciplined growth and customer-first execution. The MMR region continues to show resilience, and our recent acquisitions—including Filmistan Pvt Ltd and a second investment in Bhandup with a projected GDV of Rs1,000 crore—mark key milestones in our expansion journey.”
