Godrej Properties Ltd has announced a major residential development in South Mumbai’s Worli, with an estimated revenue potential exceeding Rs10,000 crore. The project, titled Godrej Trilogy, will span 2.63 acres and feature three high-rise residential towers.
The development is part of a joint venture to redevelop a prime urban land parcel. The company has received MahaRERA approvals for the first phase, which includes two towers—Seaturf and Seafront—comprising approximately 1.1 million sq ft of saleable area. These towers are slated for launch within the current quarter.
“This project strengthens our presence in South Mumbai and aligns with our strategy of acquiring and developing high-potential urban land parcels,” said Gaurav Pandey, MD & CEO of Godrej Properties.
