The change, approved by the Board of Directors on August 26, 2025, will take effect on September 22, following the departure of outgoing CFO Saurabh Taneja.
Taneja, who served as CFO through a period of strategic expansion, will step down on September 19 to pursue new career opportunities. In his farewell note, he thanked the Board, leadership team, and employees for their support and collaboration.

Her previous roles include Chief Risk Officer at Mahindra Group, finance leadership at Hindustan Unilever, and investment roles at Multiple Private Equity fund, focusing on consumer and tech sectors.
An MBA graduate from Columbia University and a seasoned finance professional, Dalal’s appointment signals MLL’s intent to strengthen its financial strategy and governance as it scales operations in India’s competitive logistics landscape.
The transition complies with SEBI Listing Regulations and reflects MLL’s commitment to leadership continuity and strategic growth. Dalal is expected to bring fresh perspective and analytical rigor to the company’s financial roadmap, supporting its long-term goals in supply chain innovation and operational excellence.
