Multi‑Client Facility (MCF) in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra. This milestone marks a significant step in the company’s aggressive growth strategy to meet rising demand from its expanding customer base.
With this addition, KSH’s total footprint in Bhiwandi now stands at 200,000 sq. ft., supporting its vision to expand capacity to 500,000 sq. ft. within two years. Strategically located near the Samruddhi Expressway, Delhi Mumbai Expressway, and JNPT Virar Expressway, the facility enables faster delivery timelines and improved supply chain management for customers aiming to reach end consumers quickly.
Equipped with modern infrastructure, including a verified Fire NOC, the facility leverages KSH’s robust Warehouse Management System for seamless, tech‑enabled operations. It will serve as a central distribution hub catering to diverse, high‑growth industries such as Retail, E‑commerce, FMCG, FMCD, and Pharmaceuticals.
The expansion also reflects KSH’s commitment to sustainability and local development. The facility is expected to generate over 100 direct and indirect jobs, supported by workforce training programs across roles from casual labour to managerial positions. Future plans include integrating solar power and adopting EV and CNG vehicles to build a greener supply chain network.
