Mana Projects, one of Bengaluru’s leading real estate developers, has announced the appointment of Sujith Sebastian as Group Chief Sales Officer, further strengthening its leadership team as the company expands its portfolio of sustainable and design-led communities.
In his new role, Sujith will oversee the company’s sales strategy, revenue growth initiatives, and market expansion across all verticals and projects. With an extensive track record in driving sales performance and building high-performing teams, his expertise will be instrumental in reinforcing Mana Projects’ market leadership and customer outreach.
An experienced Sales and Marketing professional with over 24 years of cross-industry expertise, Sujith has worked across FMCG, Financial Services, Hospitality, and Real Estate, successfully managing large teams across Direct, Channel, and Corporate Sales. He is highly skilled in Sales & Marketing Management, Negotiation, Budgeting, and Market Planning, and has successfully led the sales and marketing of billion-dollar residential townships.
Prior to joining Mana Projects, Sujith served as Senior Vice President, Residential Sales at Prestige Group, and has also held leadership roles as Branch Manager at Club Mahindra, Assistant Vice President at India Bulls, and Sales Manager at Decorative Coatings. Recognized for his ability to deliver results and nurture dynamic teams, Sujith will play a key role in steering Mana’s growth ambitions across segments.
