Max Estates Ltd. has announced the elevation of Anshul Gaurav to Vice President & Head P&L – Commercial, where he will lead the end‑to‑end profit and loss management for the company’s large commercial leasing portfolio across Delhi NCR. In this role, he will drive strategy across development, capital raising, leasing, and asset performance, enabling large‑scale value creation and institutional partnerships.
Anshul has played a pivotal role in Max Estates’ growth journey, previously serving as AVP & Head P&L – Commercial, Head of Growth, and General Manager. His contributions have spanned land acquisitions, capital infusion, and scaling the commercial real estate platform, positioning Max Estates as a key player in the region’s office and leasing market.
His earlier career includes leadership and strategy roles at Lodha Group, Knowlarity – Cloud Communications, Swaniti Global, and Futures First, where he built strong expertise in investments, P&L management, growth strategy, and cross‑functional leadership.
