In a pioneering move to integrate healthcare into residential living, Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate (SPRE) has partnered with Fortis Memorial Research Institute (FMRI) to offer onsite medical services at its Gurugram projects—Joyville Gurugram (Sector 102) and The Dualis (Sector 46).
Under this collaboration, SPRE will provide the infrastructure while FMRI will staff and manage medical centres with qualified professionals. Residents will have access to complimentary services such as vitals monitoring, first aid, injections, and internal medicine consultations, along with discounted diagnostics, health check-ups, and IPD services at Fortis Gurugram. Emergency ambulance support will also be available.
Beyond clinical care, the initiative promotes holistic wellness through yoga sessions, preventive health camps, and awareness drives—fostering a culture of proactive health within residential communities.
Sriram Mahadevan, CEO of SPRE, said, “This partnership reflects our commitment to creating homes that prioritise well-being. By integrating healthcare into our communities, we’re elevating the lifestyle experience for our residents.”
Yashpal Singh Rawat, Facility Director at FMRI, added, “We aim to make healthcare more accessible and community-focused. This collaboration brings Fortis’ clinical excellence directly to residents, supporting healthier, more informed living.”
With FMRI’s legacy of advanced care and SPRE’s focus on people-first development, the partnership sets a new benchmark for wellness-integrated housing in India.
