Sri Lotus Developers & Realty Limited has reported Rs130 crore in initial bookings for its newly launched ultra-luxury residential projects—The Arcadian in Juhu and Amalfi in Versova—within the first week of launch. The milestone underscores strong buyer appetite in Mumbai’s premium housing segment and reinforces the developer’s brand equity in high-value real estate.
The Arcadian, with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs700 crore, contributed Rs92 crore in bookings. Designed with expansive layouts and refined architecture, it is fast emerging as a coveted address in Juhu. Amalfi, inspired by Mediterranean living, added Rs38 crore in launch week bookings, with a GDV of Rs300 crore.
Both projects reflect Sri Lotus Developers’ commitment to prime locations, lifestyle-driven design, and meticulous execution. “We are delighted with the overwhelming response to The Arcadian in Juhu and Amalfi in Versova. Achieving Rs130 crore in bookings within a week is a testament to the strength of Mumbai’s ultra-luxury housing market and the trust that homebuyers place in our brand. Our projects are thoughtfully crafted spaces that bring together design, community and luxury,” said Anand K Pandit, Chairman & Managing Director, Sri Lotus Developers & Realty Limited.
Looking ahead, the company is preparing to launch Project Varun in Bandra in Q3 FY26. Strategically located in one of Mumbai’s most aspirational neighbourhoods, the development is expected to further strengthen Sri Lotus Developers’ footprint in the city’s luxury segment. “With the upcoming launch of Project Varun, we are set to carry forward the strong momentum of FY25 into FY26, which we expect to be a defining year marked by significant growth in both pre-sales and revenues,” Mr Pandit added.
