Global technology consulting firm Xebia has inaugurated a new AI-enabled delivery centre in Pune, marking a strategic expansion of its India operations. The facility strengthens Xebia’s presence in western India and supports its growing client base across BFSI, travel, and retail sectors.
The 250-seat centre will house cross-functional teams specializing in Data Engineering, Cloud, SDLC, and Intelligent Automation. Designed to accelerate enterprise AI adoption, the centre integrates automation and data intelligence into Xebia’s global delivery ecosystem.
Aligned with its vision to build a future-ready workforce, Xebia continues to invest in young and local talent through structured university hiring programs. Fresh graduates undergo six months of on-the-job training before full-time placement, supported by continuous learning and certifications in AI, Cloud, and Data.
