REAL ESTATE OF SOUTH INDIA

South Indian cities have had stable economies with well-established IT/ITeS sector and the start-up culture. This has generated an abundance of real estate growth opportunities across all segments in the southern region. Extremely well developed physical and social infrastructure of Southern cities has also been pivotal in giving rise to real estate brands that have contributed to the changing skyline of not only their cities, but making an indelible mark on the entire country’s real estate sector as well.
