Continuous learning from audits, supplier assessments, and customer feedback helps us raise our quality standards.
The Achievements
With 15,302 homes sold and 25.73 million sq. ft. booked in FY25, we recorded the highest-ever volume and booking value for any Indian listed developer in a single year. Our pan-India portfolio saw balanced sales across markets, with 12 projects across six cities achieving over INR 1,000 Cr in bookings. Our notable developments include Godrej Woods in Sector 43, Noida, a forest-themed community and The Trees in Vikhroli, a marquee mixed-use project that blends residential, commercial, and public spaces.
