CREATE VALUE  FOR EACH  STAKEHOLDER
A part from being the CEO and ED for nearly 5 Years, I am also an Independent director in other joint venture of the company. With product differentiation and high end service orientation, the product of the company stands out in mass and fetching premium. I lead the team to create value for each stakeholder like customers, shareholders, employees and community in a sustainable way. Our Go to market strategies focus on customer identification & segmentation, price management, influencer Management, penetration of RMC in IHB, digital lead generation and participating in e-commerce platform, customer delight digitalisation as well as incentivisation of sales team. NOVEL STRATEGIES & PRODUCTS Drishti is an in-house development of sales management system. In Drishti app. we monitor daily Calls and Key performance parameters of each and every sales executive. Branch Manager can give feedback through dashboard in this app and guide Officers for improving quality of calls with customer. Order Management System (OMS) will help officers to commit time slot in advance to customer for their better site management, predict sales and improve asset utilisation. Moreover, digital Schedule is accessible to Officer, BM and ZH for better communication and coordination. Online Order can be booked for future so that better planning can be done based on volume of orders. OMS software is unique in the industry and it offers comfort to customers, for planning and avoiding excess payment to labour and improve labour productivity. The company can collect fresh order as sales team have full access/ control in planning. MY MARKETING STRATEGY IS FOCUSED ON DRIVING DIGITAL LED BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION TO ACHIEVE PROFITABLE GROWTH BEYOND 5% EBIDTA. MEASURING MARKETING OUTCOMES On the basis of various parameter on Index score, 5 points rating matrix for selection of profitable customers is used. Index score determine worthiness of customer. And on the basis of their value creation target as execution, help us to improve efficiency of sales team and productivity per sales officer which yield better profitability of company. We also pursue customer feedback, influencer management for demand generation. We currently use NPS score for measuring marketing initiatives. MOST SUCCESSFUL MARKETING CAMPAIGNS Innovation Gallery – RMC India have 12 innovation gallery across India to show case the benefits of the products and “touch and feel” of the products.
