BRAND INITIATIVES • Responsible for creating experience centres and show units that cater to all the 5 senses, ensuring that the customer resonates with the brand. • Encouraging development of new digital technology (VR & Walkthrough). • Engaging in community initiatives every year to boost branding goodwill. INNOVATIVE MARKETING STRATEGIES At Nyati County Grand Home Fest Initiated after the Nyati County Fest for residents at Undri, testimonials were recorded to gauge existing customer reactions and share them with the prospects Contributed 45 bookings & ~Rs. 30Cr. to the bottom line. Nyati High Five Home Fest generated 3870 leads, 257 Walk-in and 25 Cr+ revenue at a marketing cost of 2% of Revenue. WE LOOK TO REINVENT OURSELVES BY BRINGING IN A TRANSFORMATION AND SIGNIFICANT UPGRADE IN THE FIELDS OF CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, SEAMLESS DIGITAL TOURS AND ONLINE BOOKINGS. MOST SUCCESSFUL MARKETING CAMPAIGNS ‘Sabse Pehele Apna Gha’ was the first videocentric marketing campaign for Nyati Group that received over 1.5 million views across all SM platforms. The success of the campaign encouraged the team to expand it across 360° to exponential success. This sparked off our second videocentric campaign ‘Khushiyon Ka Ghar’ increasing the efficacy of the first campaign by 20%. Nyati Group’s largest mixed-use commercial development Nyati Enthral Grand, located at Kharadi, Pune was the first commercial project to have the largest experience and show unit across 5000 sq.ft. and a complete VR experience with a walkthrough of the project. SOCIAL INITIATIVES He has been actively involved in social causes and seeks to nurture communities by taking care of the environment. He has taken up the responsibility of vaccinating all the residents at Nyati Group and has completed 1300+ vaccinations at residential projects in-house. He recently took up the challenge of vaccinating the transgender community in Pune in collaboration with Robin Hood Army and Vaxall, successfully inoculating over 500 members across 3 days.
