How do you continuously deliver high-quality developments?
There are a lot of elements that come together to build a great building. However, the heart of the building is what lies inside it such as the concreting, joint between concrete and brickwork etc. and not seen but are the root cause of majority of our problems and quality issues. A good developer will have procedures in place to address both the inside as well as the cosmetic parts of a building.
Which projects have set a milestone for the company?
Vascon has been at the forefront of delivering landmark projects right from our inception. Our projects have not only redefined the location, but have had higher market value and rentability for years after we have delivered them. What are the biggest challenges you face as a top developer?
As a top developer the challenges we are facing are constantly evolving. From disruption by newer players to technology space to ever changing needs of clients are some examples of the evolving challenges.

We use the principles of the 5C’s of trust to build our relationships with our stakeholders which are Competence, Commitment, Communication, Care, and Character.
