Suraj Ramesh Parmar Chairperson and Managing Director – Cosmos Group

(September 15, 1970 –October 07, 2015) Cosmos group was started in the year 2000 by Suraj Parmar along with Pradip Chopra and Manish Mehta. Apart from being the Chairperson and Managing Director of the real-estate company, he was also the President of the Thane chapter of Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry.Parmar met an untimely death when he committed suicide.Builders across Mumbai and its outskirts blamed policy paralysis as the primary reason for Parmar taking the drastic step.
