Gravity Bath Pvt. Ltd. has launched its new Experience Store in Andheri West, Mumbai, redefining how Indian consumers engage with premium bathware. Spanning 850 sq. ft., the company-owned outlet offers a curated, immersive environment where design meets functionality, allowing customers to explore real-life bathroom setups tailored to diverse lifestyles.
Following the success of its Delhi store, Mumbai was a natural next step, given its vibrant design ecosystem and growing base of premium homeowners. Andheri West, in particular, serves as a strategic location, surrounded by interior studios, developers, and high-end residential clusters.
The store features mock-up environments including a Youth Bathroom, Hotel-style Bathroom, Premium Home Bathroom, Kids’ Bathroom, and Senior-Friendly Bathroom — each designed to reflect Gravity’s ethos of combining style, inclusivity, and utility. A standout feature is the Live Shower Zone, where visitors can physically experience water flow, pressure, and product functionality before making a purchase.
Gravity’s full product portfolio is on display, including signature faucets, shower panels, smart sinks, sanitaryware, kitchen faucets, and accessories. Collections like Disa, Valentina, and Senorita are showcased in cohesive vignettes to help customers visualize complete design solutions.
Founder and Director Anoop Garg explained, “We noticed three key challenges in the premium bathware segment — lack of price transparency, shortage of age-specific solutions, and limited consumer awareness. Our experience stores are designed to change that. We help people make informed, confident choices — not just purchase products.”
The Mumbai store also serves as a knowledge hub for the AEC community, with plans for walkthroughs, demos, and previews of upcoming products. Architects and designers can access finish samples, customization options, and expert consultations for project planning.
In tandem with this launch, Gravity Bath has introduced Italian luxury brand Dillusso to India, marking its formal entry into the high-end bathware segment. Looking ahead, the company plans to expand its retail footprint through a franchise model, inviting partners who share its values of trust, innovation, and customer-centricity.
