Luxury quartz surface brand Specta, part of the ARL Group, is set to commission a new manufacturing facility in Jaipur, designed to produce 30,000 sq. ft of slabs per day. The plant will introduce 7mm ultra-thin quartz and larger slab formats (~76 sq. ft), catering to premium applications like curved surfaces, wardrobes, and expansive kitchens — previously reliant on imports2.
Built on Bretonstone technology, the facility marks a strategic leap in Specta’s domestic production capabilities. With this launch, the brand aims to double its revenue to Rs300 crore by FY26, up from Rs150 crore currently2. The expansion also supports rising demand from Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities, where luxury housing is gaining momentum — now contributing 12% of all new launches in India’s premium segment.
Founder Ankit Jain emphasized, “This new plant is not just about scale — it’s about setting new benchmarks. By bringing advanced technologies like 7mm quartz to India, we’re aligning luxury with functionality and reinforcing our commitment to Make-in-India manufacturing.”
The facility is expected to create 150 new jobs and serve as a hub for design-led innovation, R&D, and sustainable production. Specta currently holds 18% of India’s domestic quartz surface market, and this expansion positions it to lead the next phase of growth across both metro and emerging cities.
