Khandelwal joins from Zimmer Biomet, where he spent 7.5 years leading HR strategy as Director & Head – Human Resources, India. His tenure was marked by impactful initiatives in organizational redesign, capability building, and change management, resulting in productivity gains of nearly 40%2. Prior to Zimmer Biomet, he held leadership roles at Genpact and Whirlpool, driving employee engagement, talent acquisition, and HR innovation across diverse business verticals.
