Lodha Developers Limited (LDL), one of India’s leading listed real estate companies, has appointed Amandeep Singh as Regional CEO for Delhi-NCR, ahead of its planned expansion into the northern market. Singh will officially join the company on October 27, 2025, according to a regulatory filing.
Singh brings over 22 years of experience in real estate strategy, P&L delivery, and institution building. He previously served as Senior Executive Director (COO, Gurugram and North) at DLF Limited, where he led launch readiness for projects worth Rs25,000 crore across 14 million sq. ft., and oversaw the delivery of seven projects totaling 2 million sq. ft. in Gurugram and Chandigarh.
He has also held leadership roles at Godrej Properties, where he served as CEO (East & West Zone), managing operations across Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, and Nagpur, and leading a team of over 400 professionals.
Singh holds an MBA in Marketing and Systems from Xavier Institute of Management (Gold Medalist) and a BE in Electronics and Telecommunication from the Army Institute of Technology.
His appointment comes as Lodha Developers prepares to enter the Delhi-NCR market, with land deals expected to close this fiscal and a pilot launch planned for FY27. The company aims to replicate its phased entry model used in Pune and Bengaluru, focusing on moderate investment and supply chain calibration.
According to its Q1FY26 investor presentation, Lodha expects to more than double its market share in MMR (from 10% to 20%), Pune (5% to 15%), and Bengaluru (2% to 12%) by the end of the decade.
