Native Properties has announced the appointment of Venkat Narayan as Head – Sales, Marketing & Strategy. In this role, Venkat will oversee the company’s sales performance, marketing direction, and strategic planning, drawing on his extensive experience in luxury real estate and business development.
Venkat brings a diverse background spanning over a decade across real estate, hospitality, and consumer brands. Prior to joining Native Properties, he held senior leadership roles at The Guardians Real Estate Advisory, most recently as Head – Strategy & Business Development, and earlier as Senior General Manager – Luxury Sales & Business Strategy. His career also includes key positions with OYO, Lodha Group, Red Bull, and Mast-Jägermeister SE, along with entrepreneurial experience as Co-Founder & Head of Sales at Weddings Inc.
With this appointment, Native Properties aims to strengthen its presence in Dubai’s competitive real estate sector, leveraging Venkat’s proven track record in luxury sales, brand building, and strategic growth. His expertise in launching high-value projects and shaping consumer-focused strategies is expected to drive the company’s next phase of expansion.
