Signature Global (India) Ltd. has announced its first-ever participation in the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB), securing a score of 84 and placing among the highest-ranked first-time entrants worldwide. The company earned a perfect score of 100 in Leadership & Governance, reflecting its structured ESG framework, clearly defined roles, and robust environmental and social policies.
The company’s ESG disclosures are aligned with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) framework, ensuring transparency and consistency with global standards. Signature Global’s sustainability practices span across design, materials, community engagement, and contractor protocols—demonstrating measurable impact in energy efficiency, water conservation, and waste management.
Recent accolades further reinforce the company’s ESG momentum. Signature Global was named ‘Sustainable Business Leader of the Year’ at the 17th Realty+ Conclave & Excellence Awards 2025, while its Titanium SPR project won ‘Most Environment-Friendly Residential Project’ and ‘Best Green Development (India)’ at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards 2024.
