Sobha Realty Unveils 109-Storey Sobha SkyParks on Sheikh Zayed Road

Sobha Realty has announced the launch of Sobha SkyParks, a landmark 109-storey tower on Sheikh Zayed Road that redefines vertical luxury living in Dubai. At approximately 450 meters tall, it ranks among the top five tallest developments in the UAE and stands as the tallest in Sobha’s portfolio.

The development features 684 residences, each designed with expansive private balconies and panoramic views of Sheikh Zayed Road, Palm Jumeirah, and the Arabian Gulf. The tower’s sleek, straight-line structure is divided into five slender sub-towers, unified by minimalist glass façades and precision detailing—an embodiment of Sobha’s “Art of Detail” philosophy.
