A seasoned professional known for his strategic insight, operational acumen, and people-centric leadership, Khan has played a pivotal role in shaping HR operations across major infrastructure, construction, and oil & gas projects. In his elevated role, he continues to lead HR and administrative operations for three large-scale projects — CDU-VDU, VGO-HDT, and DCU at the HPCL Rajasthan Refinery, Pachpadra. His leadership focuses on driving HR excellence through effective workforce management, process optimization, employee engagement, and compliance, contributing to operational efficiency and project success.
Over the years, Khan has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to building agile, high-performing HR teams and implementing progressive people strategies. His diverse experience includes leadership positions at Petrofac International UAE LLC, Cairn Oil and Gas, Lanco Infratech Limited, MIKCO HR Solutions, Focus Energy Limited, Engineer’s Office (Diwan Dubai), and Belhasa Six Construct LLC. He has contributed to globally recognized projects such as the Burj Khalifa, HRRL Pachpadra Refinery, and Mangala Pipeline Development Project.
A recipient of the Shabash Award for Excellence in Project Execution (HR Operations), Khan continues to exemplify HR leadership grounded in integrity, innovation, and global perspective. He holds an Executive Diploma in Human Resources Management from XLRI, an MBA in HR & Finance from Deendayal Upadhyay University, and certifications in HR Analytics and Emotional Intelligence, underscoring his dedication to continuous learning and professional excellence.
