TDI Infrastructure Ltd. marked its 30th anniversary with the unveiling of TDI City, Kundli, a 1,100-acre integrated township poised to reshape the lifestyle and investment landscape of North NCR. The grand celebration, held at Crowne Plaza, Rohini, brought together TDI’s founding members and leadership, alongside Bollywood star Jacqueline Fernandez and singer B Praak.
Positioned as the “Gurgaon of the North,” TDI City offers over 7,000 residential plots, premium amenities, and a community-first design philosophy. The township’s launch comes as TDI celebrates its debt-free status, having cleared over Rs2,000 crore in dues earlier this year. With over 2,500 acres delivered across Delhi NCR, Punjab, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh—including the landmark TDI Smart City Mohali—the company continues to set benchmarks in integrated development.
