As one of the founding members of the realty division of Raymond Limited since 2016, Vishal has played a pivotal role in setting up the business and the departments under him. Having 17+ years of multi-industry experience with an understanding of cross-functional roles, Vishal currently spearheads Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales & CRM. NOVEL STRATEGIES & PRODUCTS Being the new kid on the block, Raymond Realty had an uphill battle of competing with the established developers with a vast history of delivery. To accomplish this, we leveraged the brand Raymond which carries nearly 100 years’ worth of legacy and accompanied this with Grade-A delivery/planning partners and a hard-hitting launch ad. This strategy, coupled with an exceptionally well-planned product and superior sourcing plan, gave us the necessary push to become one of the top-selling projects in Thane within the first year of launch. We developed a fresh product mix basis market feedback and hit the market with a 1 and 2 bed with balcony to maintain this momentum. This new product mix aided us to deliver higher absorption and support the sales momentum. "BREAKTHROUGH BRAND STRATEGIES, CAMPAIGNS, PRODUCT INNOVATION, AND FOCUS ON TARGET DELIVERIES HAS RESULTED IN RAYMOND REALTY REACHING NEW MILESTONES IN REVENUE GENERATION." MOST SUCCESSFUL MARKETING CAMPAIGNS When majority of the developer were focused on marketing 2 bed homes around October 2019 in Thane, we introduced a right sized 1 Bed apartment – UNO Homes. A zero corridor plan, space efficiency of 98%, apt carpet area and optimal pricing Taking the above specs as it is in our 360-degree marketing campaign, we managed to generate massive leads and footfalls resulting into 100 Bookings in one week and almost a tower sellout by month end. We managed to sell almost 70 % of our total inventory with a miniscule marketing cost of 1% of revenue. SOCIAL IMPACT We have given a lot of importance to lush green landscapes within the built environment of Ten X Habitat.
