What are the factors driving South India's sustained real estate demand?
South India's real estate story is rooted in cultural sentiment around ownership that goes beyond ROI. Add to this the influx of professionals, global exposure, and the postpandemic shift in priorities - what you see isa population seeking sanctuaries, not square footage. Buyers today are choosing design-led spaces that honor stillness, privacy, and connection - something we champion at White Lotus. We also see a growing desire for curated communities, especially in the luxury segment, where individuals can live among like-minded peers and find both solitude and belonging. This emotional and communal resonance is what continues to sustain demand.

Which Bengaluru micro-markets are showing the most promise?
North Bangalore is evolving from being the city's logistical artery into its soul. With social & physical infrastructure catching up and the airport economy booming, it's becoming a magnet for homeowners, seeking refuge from the urban chaos without sacrificing connectivity. That's precisely why we envisioned Amanvana - Home of Sanctuaries. It's not justa villa community; it's our response to a deeper question: What does it mean to feel at home today?

What Are Some of the Biggest Challenges Developers Face?
One area that continues to impact timelines is the clarity and accessibility of land records.While progress is being made in digitization,a more streamlined and transparent process would help developers. Another factor is access to early-stage financing. Most funding options tend to open up only after key approvals are secured. For product-led developers, wanting to invest heavily in design, sustainability, and long-term value from day one, this can be limiting.

What are the Company's growth plans?
As a first-generation founder, I see our work not as units sold, but experiences curated. White Lotus Group was born out of dissatisfaction with generic homes and disconnected living. We operate ina space we call quiet luxury - a space that's still missing in the mainstream market, especially for the new-age entrepreneurs or leaders, seeking more than just a premium address. Going forward, our expansion into North Bangalore, growth corridors of Bangalore and select South Indian cities will stay rooted in the same DNA.
