Dubai is set to unveil a new global icon with the opening of Ciel Tower, poised to become the world’s tallest hotel at 365 metres. Developed by The First Group, the tower will rise above Dubai Marina with 82 floors and 1,042 rooms, including 150 luxury suites. With its bold architectural silhouette, cutting-edge amenities, and a panoramic view of the Arabian Gulf and Palm Jumeirah, Ciel redefines luxury hospitality.
Designed by NORR Group, the tower’s sleek glass façade and tapering profile draw inspiration from the sea and desert, while a 300-metre atrium and 12 atrium gardens add vertical dynamism. Built to withstand coastal winds with advanced engineering and radial buttresses, Ciel Tower sets new standards in urban architectural design.
Located in the heart of Dubai Marina, near the Marina Walk and Dubai Metro, the hotel offers unmatched access to city landmarks and retail zones. As it prepares to surpass the current tallest hotel record held by Gevora Hotel, Ciel’s strategic position makes it a magnet for luxury travelers and international tourists.
Among its standout features is the world’s highest infinity pool on the 76th floor, a sky restaurant at 1,158 feet, and an observation deck on the 81st floor—all designed to offer guests breathtaking skyline experiences. The tower will also host Tattu Dubai on the 74th floor, alongside 10 other dining options, a luxury spa, fitness center, and exclusive lounge areas.
Construction began in 2016 and is nearing completion, with the building topped out and key interiors over 65% complete. Managed by China Railway 18th Bureau Group, the hotel overcame major site constraints, including a small triangular plot and complex foundation challenges.
The project is expected to be ready by late 2025, and is set to create thousands of jobs in hospitality and retail, further boosting Dubai’s thriving tourism sector. With over 1,000 rooms and landmark status, Ciel joins the city’s elite hotel portfolio, enhancing Dubai’s appeal as a luxury travel destination.
More than a skyscraper, Ciel Tower represents Dubai’s vision to lead in innovative, high-impact hospitality. Its sky-high offering is a symbol of ambition, engineering brilliance, and global lifestyle aspiration.
