Saudi Arabia has unveiled plans to construct Rise Tower, a groundbreaking 2,000-meter-tall skyscraper set to become the tallest building in the world. It will surpass the Burj Khalifa in Dubai and the under-construction Jeddah Tower by a significant margin.
