Tata Housing wellness integrated project

Tata Housing has announced its foray in the wellness homes segment with the launch of Serein in Thane, near Mumbai. Tata Housing has partnered with the USGBC and GBCI to develop wellness residences in accordance with LEED and the WELL Building Standard– an evidence-based system for measuring, certifying and monitoring the performance of building features that impact health and well-being. The Serein project will offer home-aspirants 2, 3 and 4-BHK apartments at a starting price of Rs. 1.65Crore.
