Avinash Kothari has taken on a new role as Finance Head – West & East Zone at Godrej Properties, expanding his leadership responsibilities within the company.
Kothari has been with Godrej Properties for more than 16 years and has been leading Finance Reporting, MIS & Accounts, financial governance and transformation at the company’s corporate office. In his new role, he will also be part of the Zonal Executive Committee (ZEC).
In his expanded role, Kothari will focus on strengthening financial governance and providing strategic financial leadership across the West and East zones, while contributing to Godrej Properties’ continued growth.
