Adani Navbharat Developers Private Limited has elevated Bivabasu Kumar to AVP and Head of Media and Corporate Communication.
In his new role, Kumar will lead media and corporate communication for the Dharavi Redevelopment Project, one of Asia's most complex urban regeneration programmes. His responsibilities include media and reputation management, crisis communication, content strategy and digital engagement.
Kumar's role will focus on communicating key aspects of the redevelopment project, including rehabilitation, infrastructure development and urban transformation, to diverse stakeholders. Given the project's scale and its implications for residents, livelihoods and Mumbai's urban landscape, effective communication and public engagement remain central to its implementation.
He will also work to make complex project-related issues more accessible and understandable while navigating media scrutiny and public discourse surrounding the redevelopment.
