South India’s Prestige Estates Projects Limited has recorded sales of over Rs 30 billion within one week of launching its first residential project in the National Capital Region (NCR). The project, The Prestige City, located in Indirapuram Extension on National Highway twenty-four, sold one thousand two hundred units during its initial launch phase.

Mumbai’s Macrotech Developers too is seriously looking for land to enter Delhi-NCR. As per the company, the NCR market is very large and it's worthwhile for a brand like Lodha to get in there and slowly build the business. The company is in discussions with land owners to acquire land, and hopes to conclude at least one land deal this fiscal. However, it would do pilot projects to begin with for a better understanding of the market before shifting the gear to growth mode.
Rajasthan based Bhumika Realty, a part of the diversified conglomerate Bhumika Group, is aiming big in the new financial year with foray into Delhi's residential market and targeting a gross revenue of Rs 2,000 crore for the current fiscal year (FY2026), backed by its diversified portfolio across prime and emerging markets in Delhi-NCR.

Analysts believe, the trend of established developers from other cities considering Delhi NCR market is the size and scale of the market from affordable premium to luxury housing projects and the adequate space for more organized players to establish footprint in this fast-growing realty hub.
