Simran Bhatia has been elevated to Deputy General Manager, Human Resources, at Elan Group, effective October 2026.
Bhatia has been associated with Elan Group for nearly two years, progressing through multiple roles within the organisation. Before her elevation, she served as Assistant General Manager, HR (Corporate), from November 2025 to October 2026, and as Senior Manager, Human Resources, from November 2024 to November 2025.
Prior to joining Elan Group, Bhatia worked as Manager, HR (Corporate), at UFLEX Group from August 2022 to November 2024.
She also spent nearly six years with Jaypee Hotels & Resorts, where she held the positions of Deputy Manager, Human Resources, from June 2019 to August 2022, and Assistant Manager, Human Resources, from November 2016 to June 2019.
Earlier in her career, Bhatia worked as Assistant Manager, HR, at ITC Hotels from January 2011 to 2016.
Her professional experience spans human resources management across the real estate, manufacturing and hospitality sectors. Her latest elevation marks another step in her career progression within Elan Group.
