On September 17, 2025, as Prime Minister Narendra Modi celebrated his 75th birthday, real estate industry stalwarts across India extended heartfelt wishes, lauding his visionary leadership and transformative policies that have propelled the nation’s growth, particularly in infrastructure, housing, and urban development.
Niranjan Hiranandani, Chairman of NAREDCO, in a letter to the PM, stated, “It is truly the nation's fortune that under your vision, the dream of Housing for All has advanced from aspiration to reality.” He highlighted the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), noting that over 4 crore homes have been built, offering dignity, security, and hope to millions, especially women and marginalized communities.
