The future of North India’s real estate sector will take centre stage at the 18th Realty+ Conclave & Excellence Awards 2026 – North, which will examine how cities, capital and infrastructure are shaping the region’s next phase of growth. Centred on the theme Building North India 2035: Cities, Capital & the New Growth Story, the event will bring together senior industry leaders, developers, architects, consultants and technology experts to discuss the opportunities and challenges likely to define the region’s built environment over the coming decade.
The conclave will feature a series of conversations and panel discussions covering North India’s real estate outlook, industrial and warehousing development, artificial intelligence, luxury housing, architecture, emerging economic cities, marketing strategies and sustainable urban development.

The programme will open with a lamp-lighting ceremony, followed by an inaugural address by Dr. Annurag Batra, Editor-in-Chief and Chairman of exchange4media and BusinessWorld Media Group.
The first major session, an exclusive conversation titled North India 2035: The Next Real Estate Powerhouse, will examine the forces expected to shape the region’s property markets. Moderated by Santhosh Kumar, Group Vice Chairman of ANAROCK, the discussion will feature Kalyan Chakrabarti, CEO of Emaar India; Pushpa Bector, Group Executive Director, DLF Retail, and Whole-time Director, DCCDL | DLF Malls; Uddhav Poddar, Managing Director of Bhumika Group; Navdeep Sardana, Founder of Whiteland Corporation; and Parveen Jain, Chairman and Managing Director of Tulip Infratech.

Industrial and logistics real estate will be among the key areas of discussion at the conclave. The first power panel, Industrial NCR: Warehousing, Alternatives & Emerging Real Estate Opportunities, will examine the potential of the National Capital Region’s industrial ecosystem and emerging real estate asset classes. Moderated by Akhil Saraf, Founder and CEO of Reloy, the session will include Ritesh Ghai, Chief Customer Experience Officer at BPTP Ltd.; Suneet Singh, Chief Marketing Officer at Whiteland Corporation; and Updesh Dandriyal, Associate Vice President, PAN India Business at PropVR. The discussion will explore how artificial intelligence can support customer experience, marketing and business operations beyond the initial excitement surrounding the technology.
The third power panel will turn to the changing expectations of luxury homebuyers through Luxury 2.0: The Rise of Experiential Living. Moderated by Ravishankar Singh, Managing Director, Residential Transaction Services at Colliers India, the session will feature Ashish Jain, Partner and Head – Real Estate at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas; Payas Agarwal, Director and CEO of Great Value Realty; Sidharth Chowdhry, Managing Director of Dalcore Projects Pvt. The discussion will explore how luxury housing is evolving beyond conventional measures of size and location, with greater emphasis on lifestyle, amenities, design and the overall residential experience.
Architecture, emerging cities and real estate marketing
The fourth power panel, Architecture Next: Designing a New India, will focus on the role of architecture and design in shaping India’s rapidly urbanising cities. Moderated by Lipika Sud, Director and Principal Designer at Lipika Sud Interiors Pvt. Ltd., the session will feature Ankur Modi, Associate Vice President at Adani Realty Pvt. Ltd.; Ar. The fifth power panel, India’s Emerging Economic Cities, will examine the growing importance of emerging urban centres in the country’s economic and real estate landscape. Marketing strategies in the NCR property market will come under discussion in the sixth power panel, Realty+ Real Talk: Marketing That Sells: The NCR Real Estate Playbook. Moderated by Sapna Srivastava, Senior Editor at Realty+, the session will feature Amit Baid, Founder and Creative Director of A B See Advisory, and Dr. Vishesh Rawat, Vice President and Head – Sales, Marketing & CRM at M2K India. The panel will explore how positioning, customer engagement and sales strategies can help developers respond to changing buyer preferences in an increasingly competitive market.
Sustainability and the next phase of urban development
Sustainable construction and resource-efficient urban development will form the focus of the seventh power panel, The Sustainable North: Building Cities for the Future. Moderated by Monika Choudhary, Principal Designer, Founding Partner and Chief Design Officer at ZHCollective Habitat Architects, the panel will include Sanjay Seth, Vice President and CEO of the GRIHA Council; Zohaib Siddiqui, Senior Vice President (Architecture & Design) at TARC India; Gurneet Singh, Director at Environmental Design Solutions Pvt. The evening programme will begin with a welcome address by Dr. Annurag Batra, followed by an exclusive conversation titled The New NCR: Mapping the Next Growth Corridors. Moderated by Gaurav Kumar, Managing Director and Co-Head – Capital Markets and Residential Services, India, at CBRE, the session will feature Pradeep Aggarwal, Founder and Chairman of Signature Global (India) Ltd. The conversation will examine the growth corridors and urban developments expected to influence the National Capital Region’s future.
