Sattva Group Unveils Rs1,500 Crore Vizag Campus to Boost Tech and Talent. The project promises 25,000+ jobs, marking a major leap in Andhra Pradesh’s innovation-driven growth.
Spanning 30 acres in the Madhurawada IT corridor, the Sattva Vantage Vizag Campus will feature Grade A office spaces, premium residences, and smart urban infrastructure built to global standards.
The announcement follows high-level discussions with IT Minister Shri Nara Lokesh, whose vision for a future-ready Andhra Pradesh includes creating 20 lakh jobs, with 5 lakh in IT and GCC sectors. The campus is expected to generate 25,000+ direct jobs, catalyzing Vizag’s transformation into a national hub for Global Capability Centers (GCCs), cloud computing, and AI innovation.
Sattva’s initiative aligns with the state’s broader push to attract Fortune 500 companies, supported by infrastructure projects like the Bhogapuram International Airport, strategic land allotments to tech giants, and the upcoming Quantum Valley in Amaravati. Minister Lokesh described Vizag as a blend of Bengaluru’s tech prowess and Goa’s livability, positioning it as India’s next digital capital.
