Smartworld Developers and Tribeca Developers have announced the launch of Trump Residences Gurgaon, the second Trump-branded residential project in the city. Located in Sector 69, the new development aims for Rs 3,500 crore in sales with a Rs 1,200 crore investment.
This new project follows the success of Trump Towers Delhi NCR, which debuted in 2018 and was recognized as Gurgaon’s top residential project. Trump Residences Gurgaon builds on this achievement with a prime location off Southern Peripheral Road in Sector 69, offering easy access to business hubs, upcoming metro lines, schools, and hospitals.
Trump Residences Gurgaon will feature two 51-story towers with 298 residences. The development boasts an all-glass façade, double-height living rooms in select units, floor-to-ceiling windows, private elevators, and a shared rooftop offering stunning views of the Aravalis. Amenities include an indoor swimming pool, wellness centre, resident lounge, private dining spaces, and children’s play zones.
