Hindware Home Appoints Salil Kapoor as CEO

Hindware Home Innovation limited (HHIL) has appointed Salil Kapoor as its new chief executive officer, the company said. In his new role, Kapoor will lead consumer business overseeing both consumer appliances and retail divisions. Additionally, he will be responsible for overseeing the water heater JV with Groupe Atlantic of France.

On his appointment, Kapoor said, "I look forward to collaborating with the highly talented team and committed partners to leverage our collective strengths and further build on the company's success, explore new avenues for growth, and deliver exceptional value to our customers and stakeholders."

Kapoor is an industry veteran in consumer durables with extensive experience in market expansion, innovation, and building strong customer relationships. Previously he has worked at LG Electronics, Samsung, Microsoft, Dish TV, and Voltas. Beforehand, he served as the appliances business unit at Orient Electric.
