The organization is involved in policy advocacy at various levels, contributing to key policy frameworks and striving for integrity, sustainability, and transparency in all real estate domains.
In addition, CREDAI Hyderabad has also been a positive contributor to the community and environment of the city. It helped to revive the Lotus Pond and implement a rainwater harvesting system across residential and commercial buildings to conserve water.
In the last 25 years, not only has it worked to ensure a more trustworthy and transparent real estate sector, but has also taken initiatives to educate customers on the important checks required while purchasing the property.

CREDAI Hyderabad regularly conducts training programs for its member developers to get access to skilled manpower. It also keeps a thorough check on the registration of labour and provides aid to them on its sites, medical camps, and creche facilities for their kids.
