Under the guidance of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, and Chairman of Dubai’s Higher Committee for Development and Citizens Affairs, has inaugurated the ‘Dubai Integrated Housing Center’. This initiative aims to offer 54 residential services for citizens, all conveniently located under one roof.
The establishment of the Center is in line with Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid’s vision to ensure that residential neighbourhoods in Dubai provide citizens with the highest quality of living standards in the world. It also aligns with the recently launched Dubai Social Agenda 33, which emphasizes the importance of the family as the foundation of the nation, according to the Emirates News Agency (WAM).
The Dubai Integrated Housing Center, situated at Avenue Mall in Nad Al Sheba, is set to commence operations in February. It will provide services from four government departments and two private sector partners.
The Center aims to provide comprehensive support to citizens, including consultancy for design selection, guidance on cost-saving measures, and assistance with financing through banks. The goal is to create a comfortable environment with convenient access, ensuring a seamless, easy, and efficient experience for citizens in building their homes.
Furthermore, the center addresses the diverse needs of citizens, with a specific focus on housing, construction, and land services, including the selection and allocation of residential lands.
