A new report from EjendomDanmark shows that demand for private rental housing in Denmark is at one of its highest points.
The vacancy rate for rental properties has dropped to 2.6%, the lowest level recorded in the past eight years. EjendomDanmark is the association of owners, landlords, and administrators of real estate in Denmark.
The vacancy rate, which measures the percentage of vacant rental properties across the country, has decreased by 0.9 percentage points compared to the same time last year. This marks the lowest vacancy rate since 2016. Aarhus and Odense are driving the trend.
