ROSHN Group, Saudi Arabia’s premier national real estate developer and PIF-funded giga-project, is breaking new ground in standards and services, becoming the first developer in the GCC to secure ISO 9001 Quality Management.
Together with its recent award of the ISO 10002 Customer Satisfaction and Complaints Management, passing this milestone brings ROSHN’s total ISO certification tally for the first half of 2023 to five.

The ISO 9001 Quality Management is the global standard for establishing the appropriate framework to ensure that customers get consistent, high-quality products and services, while ISO 10002 Customer Satisfaction and Complaints Management provides guiding principles to develop a business environment that is customer-focused and receptive to feedback. ROSHN’s recent certifications will guide the evolution of the organization’s governance framework in line with its goal of being an industry leader that delivers high-quality products and services, while guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
ROSHN’s latest certifications follow the recent achievement of ISO 31000 and ISO 37000 earlier this month, which provide a framework of standards for good governance and risk management, respectively. The real-estate developer was also accredited with a BIM Kitemark in accordance with ISO 19650-1:2018 and ISO 19650-2:2018, a certification from the British Standards Institute that recognizes the application of BIM to the design, construction and commissioning of buildings and civil works. ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is an independent, non-governmental organization that was established in 1947 to develop international standards that support innovation and provide relevant market solutions to global challenges.
