The Trump Organization has joined forces with DarGlobal to launch an ambitious new project in Dubai: the Trump International Hotel & Tower. The towering skyscraper will rise to 350 metres (1,148 feet), positioning it as one of the tallest structures in the city. The tower will feature the world's highest outdoor swimming pool, enhancing its luxurious offering.
Designed with simplicity in mind, the building will be slender in shape, with a distinct void at the top reminiscent of the iconic Shanghai World Financial Center. This design choice emphasises modernity and elegance. The project marks a significant step in the ongoing collaboration between the Trump Organization and DarGlobal, focusing on luxury real estate in the UAE's fast-growing market.
The Trump International Hotel & Tower will span 80 floors and be dedicated to residential and hotel use. Though with a more restrained colour palette, the interiors will draw inspiration from the Trump Tower Penthouse in New York. The large, floor-to-ceiling windows will provide spectacular views of Dubai's skyline, including the famous Burj Khalifa. In addition to the impressive pool, the building will feature a private club and top-tier amenities designed to cater to the most discerning residents and visitors.
