Chandni Chowk: The Most Commercially Viable Investment Zone

Delhi hosts some of the oldest and most vast markets of Asia, visited by people from all walks of life and providing services and items from every genre. Chandni Chowk is the most famous market in Delhi, having dedicated areas for every requirement, including electronic gadgets, lifestyle (clothes, shoes), books, multi-cuisine restaurants, etc. 

This region of Delhi attracts maximum tourists for all the explorations it offers. Chandni Chowk has been a traditional hotspot for buying and selling for decades. However, the Delhi government has been working on transforming the area into a well-developed shopping centre with all the amenities.

Everything, from shop designs to pavements, has been developed drastically over the last few years. This re-establishment drive has been conducted in major markets of Delhi like Janpath, Sarojini Nagar, Chandni Chowk and more. 

The aim is to develop a centre that is accessible and provides a comfortable buying experience for the visitors. Proper roads and pedestrian walks have been constructed for smooth movement of vehicles and people respectively. The developmental plans by the government have played a vital role in presenting such areas as viable investment zones in North Delhi.

The commercial developments in the region have all the facilities that attract visitors, including lifts/escalators for movement through floors, multi-level parking spaces, spacious retail stores, dedicated food courts, and a well-planned infrastructure with all the safety measures. Such setups are investor-friendly and have promising returns as they host retail stores catering to the needs of buyers in the vicinity. These commercial spaces attract remarkable investment from buyers as they enjoy notable footfall with all facilities.

Recently, the Delhi government has announced its program to develop Chandni Chowk as a developed food hub in the region. The plan is set to invite buyers to the region as businesses dealing in multi-cuisines will get more customers, helping it to develop as a brand. 

Simultaneously, its quick accessibility from all parts of the capital through Chandni Chowk metro station is another factor that ensures a convenient reach to the city. All other modes of transport, including railways (Old Delhi Railway Station), buses, etc., lead to Chandni Chowk quite conveniently.

Research suggests that Chandni Chowk witnesses more footfall than major malls in Delhi. This depicts the popularity of the area for buyers and sellers and their inclination towards the region for its vast opportunities. 

Paranthe wali Gali, Nai Sadak, Dariba Kalam, Khari Baoli, Gurudwara Sisganj, Red Fort, and Jama Masjid are just a few attractions that invite people from various parts of the country to have a holistic experience of shopping and exploring the city. 

All these spots generate highly beneficial commercial projects for investors and ensure regular footfall to the region, irrespective of the off-season. Chandni Chowk is the heart of North Delhi, situated close to the University and railway stations that are a halt for travellers from every part of the country.
