There can many challenges from the design, technical and production point of view as well as budgets and delivery times. Each project is specific and this is mostly about communication and looking for the right solutions to prevent and overcome the challenges. Work closely with customer, work with the right team and ensure everyone is engaged with the project and cares to deliver the right outcome.
How does Sans Souci carry out giant projects outside the Czech Republic?
We have offices and sales representatives across the globe. In the Czech Republic we have our HQ in Prague and production side in the North of Bohemia. Our global team works closely together to deliver the projects from the first meeting with customers to the installation and maintenance of the chandelier. Once we understand the customer’s needs and objectives, we can provide design support and solutions, samples and project consultations followed by quality review, mock-up preparations and installations. The project process is something we care about a lot about, and we were able to gain experience with amazing projects such as Burj Al Arab, Claridge’s, Mandarin Oriental, which helps us to provide very good service a keep growing.
