Known for its factories, warehouses, and bustling port activities, the region was long overshadowed by the more developed residential zones of South and West Chennai. However, in recent years, the landscape of North Chennai has undergone a profound transformation. Once relegated to the sidelines, it is now emerging as one of the city's most dynamic residential hotspots. Enhanced Infrastructure: Infrastructure improvements have been pivotal in North Chennai’s evolution.
